250 laboratories. Prepare monthly budget to actual analysis spreadsheet for
$8M move project for P&T Site Manager and Real Estate Project Manager.
Worked with P&T Site Manager to prepare documents for monthly reporting
to Modernization Project DRB. Work with numerous Project Managers and
Maintenance Foreman on a weekly basis to provide site maintenance working
schedules for a staff of 80+ maintenance workers. Currently working on Shell
Winning Innovations project to relocate laboratory’s from The Woodlands, TX
area and Thornton, England to the Shell Technology Center Houston facility.
Other special projects included implementation of Planon PM for Shell Real Estate

AR). Monitored staffing assignments and project progress schedules, and
